that this well-known verse often slips from our memory,leading us to falter in following its
teachings.Drawing parallels to the plight of Israel,the pastor emphasized that just as God
had chosen and guided them,we too are chosen with purpose.He stressed the importance of
serving and obeying God's words to embody the essence of being good children, akin to
Jesus Christ.Regretfully, the pastor pointed out how Israel had forgotten their divine purpose,
failed to obey God's commands, and suffered the consequences. Their land became a
battleground, overshadowed by strife.Similarly, he cautioned that if we neglect God's
guidance,our suffering and lack of harmony will persist.The pastor called for a
transformation,urging the congregation to mirror Christ's obedience and use their time to
reconnect with God.With conviction,the pastor beseeched the church members to let Jesus
shine through their actions.He reminded them of God's willingness to forgive and fulfill their
desires if they earnestly sought His presence.As his powerful message came to a close, the
pastor read Jeremiah 29, leaving the congregation with a resonating call to prioritize God's
guidance, turning their situation around and fostering a brighter future.
